Still running commissions in Excel?

Spreadsheets are free until one co-broker split or missed installment costs you. Here's what changes when the deal, the invoice, and the payout live in one record.

  • Enter the deal once; the closing sheet builds itself.
  • Every installment billed and tracked.
  • Renewals show up before the tenant calls.

When a spreadsheet is enough

If you're a very small office closing a handful of deals a year, with no installments and no co-brokers, a well-kept spreadsheet can work. Once you have several salespeople, commissions paid over time, or leases you want to renew, the risk of a wrong cell grows with every deal.

How switching works

  1. A 25-minute demo call. We'll walk you through one sample deal, from commission calculation to payout, and answer your questions.
  2. Setup in about two weeks. About two weeks, depending on migration scope. Standard setup and guided onboarding included: we configure your company, users, permissions, and email connection, then guide your team through entering deals, billing, and payouts. Importing existing data is a separate service, quoted in advance.
  3. Your existing deals. Start fresh, or have us bring in your open deals and leases. Data migration is a separate service, quoted in advance.
  4. Keep your accountant. Keep your CRM if you like it. RE Deal Tracker tracks the commission side and works alongside your accounting software. Office and Enterprise sync with QuickBooks Online.

Questions brokers ask

Does it replace QuickBooks or our accountant?

No. RE Deal Tracker tracks the commission side of your deals: what's owed, billed, collected, and paid out to whom. Your general ledger and tax work stay in QuickBooks or your accounting software. Every plan exports to Excel and PDF, and Office and Enterprise sync with QuickBooks Online.

How long does setup take?
