This policy covers the redealtracker.com website. Customer data inside the RE Deal Tracker application is covered by your subscription agreement.

Who we are.

What we collect.

• When you request a demo: your name, work email, and, if you give it, a phone number. Brokerage, office size, how you track commissions today, accounting software, and a message are optional. We also record the plan you were looking at.
• If you ask us to email the pricing sheet, we collect the email address you enter for that request.
• We also record how you reached the form (the referring page and campaign tags in the link) so we know which outreach worked.
• If you use the chat window, we receive what you type there, and the chat service may record your browser details.

Analytics.

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that doesn't use cookies, to count page views and actions such as button clicks. We don't send your name, email, or phone number to analytics.

Chat.

The chat window is provided by Tawk.to, which uses cookies to keep your conversation connected. It may be answered by an automated assistant.

Spam protection.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting them.

Service providers.

Formspree (delivers form submissions to us by email), Cloudflare (Turnstile), Umami (analytics), Tawk.to (chat), Cal.com (demo scheduling), and Hostinger (website hosting). They process data to provide those services.

How we use it.

To reply to you, schedule and run a demo, send information you asked for, and improve the website. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it.

We keep demo requests and chat messages as long as needed to follow up and keep our business records, then delete them.

Your choices.

Email info@redealtracker.com to see, correct, or delete what you sent us, or to ask us to stop contacting you.

Changes.

If we change this policy, we'll post the update here with a new effective date.
